About Amanda
"My dedication to our schools did not start with a campaign. I’m a current Hernando County public school teacher, MPA-holder, former government policy and communications professional, and most importantly, a mother. I’ve worked as a legal analyst for the Attorney General, directed communications for a state treasurer’s office, and stood in front of a classroom every day for the past four years. I don’t just have ideas — I have a record of results. I’m running because our schools deserve a board member who understands both the classroom and the boardroom."
